FastaForm Terms and Conditions

By using FastaForm, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use FastaForm on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to use the app for that organization's workflows.

What FastaForm provides

FastaForm is an offline Android form-entry application for importing .fstfrm form definitions, filling records, saving drafts, amending submitted records, previewing data, exporting files, and generating scoped credentials.

Credential use

Credentials are scoped to matching form IDs and can unlock up to 3 forms. Users are responsible for storing, distributing, and tracking generated credentials after they are created. Do not share credentials outside the authorized team or project.

Form and data responsibility

You and your organization are responsible for lawful data collection, consent, privacy notices, device access controls, backups, exports, retention, deletion, and any PII, health-data, HIPAA, or local regulatory obligations that apply to your forms and records.

Testing before field use

Imported forms should be reviewed and tested before field deployment. You are responsible for verifying that form logic, required fields, exports, labels, translations, and credential scopes match your intended workflow.

Local storage and exports

FastaForm stores app data locally on the device through encrypted storage helpers where available. Encryption does not replace organizational security controls, secure device management, backups, or legal review. Data exported, shared, copied, uploaded, or emailed outside FastaForm is controlled by you, your organization, and the third-party services or devices involved.

Payments

Credential generation may use Google Play Billing. Payment processing is handled by Google Play, and payment availability may depend on network access, device state, Google account configuration, and regional store availability.

Client references

By using FastaForm, you allow FastaForm and its developer to identify you or your organization as a FastaForm client in public client lists, customer sections, presentations, and marketing materials. This permission is limited to identifying the client relationship and does not permit disclosure of your form contents, records, credentials, private operational data, or exported files.

No guaranteed availability

FastaForm is provided for field data collection workflows without a developer-hosted record backend. The app, website, pricing, payment flow, and features may change over time.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the app, website, payments, or data handling changes. The effective date above indicates the current version.
